L’ATELIER DE BEAUTYHOLIC endeavors to provide you a high quality one-stop service. We offer a comprehensive delivery service. When local orders over HK$500, can enjoy free delivery service. The details are as the following:

We will do our best for delivering over Hong Kong. Only some restricted areas or remote districts that we could not arrange delivery to the non-coverage areas. Please contact our customer service representatives for special arrangement.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery schedule will be displayed in the confirmation email and “My Account”. The length of delivery time depends on the stock availability and shipping location. Normally, we may complete the local order delivery within 2-7 days. If you encounter the problem of delivery, please contact us for tracking the order. The delivery time may vary from the weather, holiday or festival factors, we do not guarantee the estimated delivery time.

Delivery Notification

After we passed your order to the delivery company, you will receive an email about “delivery notification”. You may probably receive this email notification within 2-4 working days after order confirmed. The email will include the details of order information, delivery company and tracking number for your reference. You may also check the transaction details and delivery status in the “My Order” section in “My Account”.
 
 


If you do not receive this email, it may be blocked by your email service provider.

Tracking Orders

After login, please click “My Order” from “My Account”, you can check with the order information and delivery status anytime. A delivery tracking number is assigned for each order. Click the link provided to check the delivery status in the official website of the delivery company. 
 


Failed Delivery Attempt of Orders

If your order is delivered to your provided address with failed attempt, our assigned delivery company will contact you or deliver again in other time period. To ensure that you can receive the products at once, please make sure that someone will receive the order in the estimated delivery time. In case you cannot receive the order within 7-14 days, please contact us with providing delivery address and order number at cs@atbeautyholic.com to check the delivery status.
